Refund policy

We want you to feel confident and comfortable in every piece from The Connoisseur Collection. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
1. Returns
You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or store credit.
To be eligible for a return, items must:
- Be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- Have all original tags attached
- Be returned in the original packaging (if possible)
Items that show signs of wear or damage may not be accepted.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:
- Gift cards
- Items marked "Final Sale"
- Custom or limited-edition pieces
3. How to Start a Return
To begin a return, email us at returns@connoisseurcollection.com with:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you'd like to return
- A brief reason for the return (optional but helpful!)
Once approved, we’ll send you return instructions and a shipping label (if applicable). Return shipping costs may be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to our error.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email. If approved:
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Please allow 5–10 business days for processing after the item is received
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
5. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. To make an exchange, please return the item and place a new order for the preferred size or style.
